The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, in collaboration with Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, has released the Round 3 provisional allotment lists for MBBS and BDS admissions. The provisional seat allotment and physical document verification notices were issued on October 12, 2026.
With verification beginning today, candidates should check their allotment status, confirm which documents they need and follow the prescribed schedule. The final deadline to join the allotted college is October 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Check the Latest Allotment List
UHSR has published a Provisional Merit-cum-Allotment List, along with a separate provisional allotment list issued after the grievance redressal process. Candidates are advised to refer to the latest allotment PDF to verify their seat allocation, rather than relying exclusively on a previously published list.
Check your allotted institute, course, category and remark carefully. These details will help establish whether your seat is newly allotted, upgraded or unchanged.
Fee Deadline: Official Notices Show Different Timings

As of October 15, 2026, the stipulated fee payment window has closed. Candidates who have not yet completed their payment should promptly visit the UHSR Notice Page to check for any extension or subsequent announcements regarding their admission status. No extension is confirmed in the information available here.
The Round 3 participation security amount is separate from the provisional tuition fee. The schedule lists the following security amounts:
- ₹10,000: for candidates opting only for government or government-aided State Quota seats
- ₹5,000: for eligible Haryana SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD candidates under that option
- ₹1,00,000: for candidates who are also considering seats under the State Quota or Management Quota in private medical or dental colleges
Candidates should carefully review the applicable tuition fees on the official admission portal before proceeding.

The notice says reporting will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. Candidates who have received a fresh seat allotment or an upgraded seat and have paid the prescribed fee are required to attend the document verification process. However, candidates whose allotted college, course and category remain unchanged are not required to appear before the Admission Committee.
Documents and Next Steps
Candidates attending the verification process must bring all the required original documents, along with one complete set of photocopies, for scrutiny.
- Class 10 certificate and NEET UG 2026 result card
- Valid identity proof and counselling application form
- Fee payment receipt and three recent passport-size photographs
- Character certificate and Haryana residence certificate, where applicable
- Relevant category certificates, such as EWS, BCA/BCB, PWBD, ESM or Minority documents
